How to Prepare:
- Place 2 pounds of chicken in your crockpot and sprinkle with salt to taste.
- Add 6–8 pieces of cooked bacon (or bacon bits) and the contents of this seasoning packet.
- Add ½ cup of water to the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on High for 4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through.
- During the last hour of cooking, add 1 (8 oz) block of cream cheese and sprinkle ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Stir until creamy and well combined before serving.
