How to Prepare:
- In a large bowl, combine 2 pounds of ground beef, 2 eggs, this seasoning packet, salt to taste, and ½ cup of water.
- Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf that will fit inside your crockpot and place it inside.
- Cover and cook on High for 4 hours or Low for 6–8 hours, until the meatloaf is fully cooked.
- During the last hour of cooking, brush the top with BBQ sauce or ketchup.
- Remove carefully and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Helpful Tip:
Place 4 small balls of foil in the bottom of the crockpot to elevate the meatloaf and prevent it from cooking in its grease.
