Return Policy

Sometimes what you order just doesn't work as you hoped - WE GET IT.  Our return and exchange policy is as follows:

RETURNS and EXCHANGES: We gladly accept returns for store credit/exchanges!  A full refund will be made back to the original payment method when an item is returned within 5 BRuSH Business Days of the fulfillment date (for local pick up) or USPS delivery date (for shipped items).  The buyer is responsible for shipping the item(s) back to Brush Boutique and a tracking number needs to be provided within that 5 day timeframe to qualify for full refund to the original payment method.  

All other returns within 14 days  will be given account credit for the amount paid.   To qualify for either, all returned clothing must be in sell-able condition: unworn, unaltered with the tags still attached and free of makeup, deodorant, odor and pet hair.  After 14 days, all sales are considered final.  

All orders from Live Sale Takeovers with hosts other than Megan or Monica can be returned within 14 days for store credit only. 

All swimwear, consumables, personal body products, clearance items, Graphic Tee Sunday orders, custom-made items and holiday-specific pieces are final sale.  This includes clearance sales such as Buy More, Save More, BOGO and Mystery Bags.
