2. In a separate bowl, combine the contents of this seasoning packet, 2 (6 oz) boxes of stuffing mix, 1 (16 oz) container of sour cream, and 1 cup of water. Stir to combine.
3. Pour the stuffing mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker.
4. Cover and cook on High for 3–4 hours or Low for 6 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
