Yes! We ship across the U.S.
Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over $100.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, we’re unable to make changes as orders are processed quickly. Contact us right away and we’ll do our best.
Yes! Local pickup is available at checkout.
You’ll receive an email when your order is ready. Please wait for that notification before coming in so we can have everything prepared for you.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you take home from BRuSH.
Items may be returned for a refund to your original form of payment within 5 BRuSH business days (Tuesday–Saturday) of purchase.
Need a little more time? We offer store credit or exchanges within 14 BRuSH business days.
After 14 business days, all items are considered final sale.
To be eligible for return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- With original tags attached
- Free of odors, pet hair, or signs of wear
Please note:
- Seasonal and holiday items (including themed tees and sweatshirts) are store credit or exchange only
- All sale items are final sale

Yes, as long as you are within the return/exchange window timeframe you absolutely may.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s been issued.
No—all sale items are final sale.
Sizing & Fit
Each product page includes a size guide with measurements. If you’re between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit or down for a more fitted look.
Most styles run true to size. Any exceptions are noted in the product description.

Many of our styles can be special ordered in additional sizes (often XS–3XL), even if they aren’t currently in stock.
