Our favorite question!  BRuSH was thought up by the owner, Megan, as a way to tie her four daughters and customers, who have become like family, in together.  B, R, S and H are the first initials of each of her daughters and "U", the customer, is placed perfectly in the middle of it all!

We offer a physical store for you to come in and shop! We also also offer local pickup! This means that you can order your products online, and you can swing by to pick them up! Click here to view our store info

At the bottom of the home page, you will find our sizing info page. Or you can search Model Info from the search bar. We also work diligently in our descriptions to be sure we are noting any useful sizing information. Check there for additional help!

We do! They make great gifts! They can be purchased in-store or online and can also be redeemed in both places.

We try to make sure that our orders are in great condition when they leave our warehouse, but in rare cases an item might not meet our quality control standards or be oversold. In these cases, we issue a refund and send an email with details. If you don't see an email from us with details about your refund, please check your spam folder.

Unfortunately, we cannot control when items go on sale and sometimes they go on sale because it is our very last item available. We cannot apply coupons or adjust past purchases.

Yes and we'd love to see you! We're located in Mentor, Ohio, and our normal business hours are Tuesday through Friday from 11am to 6pm and Saturdays from 10am to 3pm. If your order has been filled during that time, just swing by the shop and pick it up—we'll be here waiting for you!

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a tracking page to watch the status of your order. If you paid using ShopPay, you can track every single detail of your order in the SHOP app!

If you selected free local pick up, you’ll receive an email and/or SMS notification that your order is ready for pickup!

We are so excited for you to get your BRuSH Boutique order! Most orders ship same day! We do not ship on weekends or when the store is closed for holidays or work travel, such as to Market.

We ship SUPER fast so the moment you realize, please contact us. After your order leaves our store, we are unable to make any changes.

We ship all orders through USPS and UPS.

Yes, we ship our products all over the globe.

Yes, you will receive an emailed confirmation within 5 business days of receiving your return.

Oh boy, We are so sorry! Unfortunately, sometimes mistakes happen, even though we do our best to make sure every order is shipped accurately. If you can send pictures of your order to us at customerservice@brushboutique.shop so we can investigate and get you your proper order as soon as
possible, it would be greatly appreciated. We respond to emails Monday through Friday within 48 business hours, but usually much sooner.

Please make sure that you read our return policy, initiated a return through our new return platform, and followed all return instructions. If all looks good or you need some help with the process, reach out to us at customerservice@brushboutique.shop and provide your order number so we can look into this.
